The founder & a therapist behind Blessed & Balanced. With specialized training in Pregnancy Massage, TMJ Therapy, and Hot Stone treatments, She brings expertise and attention to every session—ensuring each visit supports your unique wellbeing. This is a clinic where professional care meets personalized attention, and every visit leaves you feeling your best.
After years of struggling with back pain from work, Penny discovered the power of massage therapy—not just for relief, but for overall wellbeing. This inspired her to take a new direction in health and wellness, helping others feel better both physically and mentally.
Penny hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy from Evolve College, which gave her the skills and knowledge to tailor treatments to each client’s individual needs with a compassionate and professional approach.

Alana completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at TAFE SA and brings a strong clinical foundation to her treatments. With experience working alongside physiotherapists and acupuncturists, she has developed a well-rounded understanding of the body and how to support recovery, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
She has a particular love for treating the upper body and neck, helping clients relieve tension from long hours at desks, stress, and everyday strain. Alana combines thoughtful assessment with a calm, caring approach — ensuring each treatment is tailored to what your body truly needs on the day.
Her goal is simple: to help you leave feeling lighter, looser, and restored.
